Welcome to AFPC


Alabama Financial Potential Centres (AFPC) was formed in 1997.

Monica E. Snow founded AFPC with the concept of one stop financial shopping.  Services include mortgage lending, financial products and financial management.  In November 2000 with many requests from professionals to learn the mortgage industry.  The need for a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) Program was born. 

With over 180 MLO's statewide, there came another need for employees working for other banks and financial institutions needed training on their current jobs.  This training is instrumental for job advancement and mortgage knowledge success.

AFPC School of Mortgage was born January 2004.  After four years of teaching and training MLO's statewide, there came a need to have a the first mortgage school in Alabama.
